Terms & Client Guarantees
1. Pricing & Packages
Standard Thumbnails: Range from $5 to $30 USD (agreed upon prior to starting).
A/B Variations: $10 USD per additional variation.
"The Vault": Editable PSD source files are available for an additional $20 USD per project.
Retainers: Discounted retainer packages are available for bulk or monthly ongoing channel work.
2. Delivery & Turnaround
Standard Delivery: 24 to 48 hours for standard thumbnail projects.
Rush Delivery: Front of queue express delivery is an additional $10 USD.
3. Revisions Policy
Unlimited Revisions: We offer unlimited revisions on the active, agreed-upon concept.
New Concept Request: Requesting a completely new concept after work begins incurs a new thumbnail fee.
4. Payment Terms
Currency & Methods: All prices are in USD. Payments are accepted via PayPal, Wise, and Bank Transfers (UPI available for India).
Full Payment: Required before the delivery of final, unwatermarked files.
5. Ownership & Rights
Commercial Rights: Upon full payment, you receive exclusive commercial rights to use the design across your video platforms.

6. Information We Collect
Contact Details: Name, email address, Discord handle, or social media usernames provided when requesting thumbnail designs.
Project Materials: Video titles, concepts, raw screenshots, channel logos, and assets submitted for design execution.
7. How We Use Your Information
Design Fulfillment: To create, revise, and deliver your requested custom thumbnails.
Communication: To send updates, proofs, invoices, and respond to inquiries.
Portfolio & Marketing: Completed thumbnail designs may be showcased in our portfolio or marketing materials unless an NDA or privacy restriction is agreed upon prior to starting.
8. Data Protection & Sharing
No Third-Party Selling: We never sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties.
Secure Storage: Project files and communication logs are stored securely and accessed solely by YAANRUP.

10. Results & CTR Disclaimer
While YAANRUP strategic thumbnail designs are engineered based on high-converting UI/UX principles and visual psychology to maximize Click-Through Rates (CTR), individual video performance depends on multiple external factors including title, video topic, audience retention, and YouTube algorithm dynamics. We do not guarantee specific numerical CTR or view increases.
11. Third-Party Trademarks
Any game titles, developer logos (e.g., Rockstar Games, Riot Games, Capcom), or third-party trademarks depicted in custom thumbnails remain the intellectual property of their respective copyright owners and are included solely for editorial and creative storytelling on behalf of the creator.
